First Bite: The Hook | Nashville Scene

 

Anytime a new restaurant (that is, one with an entirely new “concept”) opens, the first couple of months is a bit of an experiment to see what works and what doesn’t with regard to menu and service and even hours and layout. I recently made another trip toThe Hook — the more casual, seafood-oriented sister to Sinema —   and noticed a number of changes since my First Look (which dates back to just before the restaurant opened). So I thought I’d do an update, a legitimate First Bite.
